Our Mission

Our mission is to efficiently manage the City’s fiscal resources to ensure the proper safeguarding and preservation of City assets and to maximize the quality and quantity of services our government provides to our citizens. The Finance Department strives to exceed the Citizen’s expectations by ensuring the collection, investment and disbursement of all City funds are adequately managed and accounted for in accordance with guidelines established by City policies and procedures, State laws, and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
